Please don’t forget that Kelley Automotive provides FREE Mental Health and Financial Counseling as part of an Employee Assistance Program through Parkview. The program is available to all full-time employees, as well as anyone living in the employee’s household. There is no per household member limit. Each person is permitted four sessions per year. The sessions are approximately 45 minutes to one hour in length.
You do not need to be on the Kelley health insurance plan to take advantage of this service.
The counseling is available in-person, via Zoom, or telephone and is completely confidential. The EAP counselors are knowledgeable in a variety of areas, including crisis intervention, family and relationship difficulties, alcohol and drug dependence, personal and work stress, emotional difficulties, financial counseling and more.
