We understand that not everyone knows how we celebrate an employee’s work anniversary aside from the company announcements, so we wanted to keep you in the loop! As of September 2021, Kelley created a new way of honoring our employees’ milestone anniversaries each month. Below is the structure in which we thank our employees who hit a milestone anniversary.
- 5-year anniversary: $100 Visa Gift Card
- 10-year anniversary: $500 Bonus
- 15-year anniversary: $750 Bonus
- 20-year anniversary: $1,000 Bonus
- 25-year anniversary: $1,500 Bonus
- 30-year anniversary: $2,000 Bonus
*Bonuses are paid out on the pay period that falls on or around the employee’s anniversary date.
