As of June 17, 2022, a new Service Technician Referral Bonus is available to ALL Kelley employees*.
The terms are as follows:
- $5,000.00 referral bonus will be paid out to any current Kelley employee who refers an ASE certified/manufacturer trained service technician, who is ultimately hired. Credentials must be provided by applicant technician. The referred new hire must have cleared the screening process and started their new position.
- Payout Structure:
- $500.00 will be paid at start date
- $1,000.00 will be paid at 6-month anniversary
- $3,500.00 will be paid at 1 year anniversary
- Referring employee’s name must be noted by the applicant on the application for the referring employee to qualify for bonus.
- Referring employee must be employed by Kelley at the time the bonus payments are due to receive the bonus.
- The bonus will be paid on the referring employee’s paycheck and will be subject to payroll and all other applicable taxes.
- Bonuses will not be given out for referrals prior to June 17, 2022.
- This bonus offer may be suspended at any time. However, no referring employee who has successfully met the above criteria for a bonus will have it revoked once earned.
*Anyone in a management role is ineligible for the bonus.
All other Referral Bonuses for Service Technicians are revoked by the issuance of this policy.
