To bring some well-deserved attention to those nominated for Co-worker Kudos, we are going to be publishing the names and kudos of those stellar employees on the intranet each week. Below are the people that have been nominated this week.

They will all be eligible to win the $25.00, $50.00, and $100.00 gift cards at the end of the month. To submit a Kudos, go to your Paycom profile and click the Question Mark icon in the upper right corner of your screen then select “Co-worker Kudos” (or “New Message” if you’ve submitted before) to fill out and submit the form. It’s that easy and you can submit as many Kudos as you would like!

Landon Clark: “Landon came through the Grand National Car Wash with a customer’s vehicle and realized I was working alone due to short staffing. He called me to offer help since he was going to be off work soon. Landon worked 6 hours in the car wash which was a sacrifice of the rest of his Saturday afternoon. He quickly learned what I needed him to do and how to do it. Several times he used critical thinking and personal judgment toward the best outcomes (stopping one potential accident).”

Ashley Luginbill: “Ashley is the quintessential “take initiative” employee. In my absence, Ashley not only has helped fill in during a very tumultuous time in the car wash data program, but she did so without any complaints and the most positive of attitudes. Her hand is up every time Kelley Automotive Group needs someone to step up to the plate.”

Pete Baltes: “Pete has repeatedly stepped up to the plate to help manage the new car wash. He has familiarized himself with new processes, learned new digital platforms, and helped fill in where necessary.”

Jose Tinoco: “Team player. He stayed after work to get a used car fixed on Friday so the sales team could deliver it.”

Taylor Braun: “Taylor assisted Jone during my absence by checking in and parking the fleet trucks and putting in the window stock stickers/getting the keys to service so they could be PDI’d.”

Jone Schwartz: “She helped stock in fleet vehicles as they came in during my absence by writing the stock tags for both the windows and key tags.”

Erik Smith: “Erik continues to be invaluable regarding not only maintenance with our new car wash but also his willingness to learn about the system and solve problems. He has spent hours turning and adjusting things beyond the scope of his duties. One afternoon when I was very short staffed, he offered to guide customer vehicles on the wash belt for over an hour. I am very grateful to work with someone with his intelligence, precision, and willingness to solve problems.”

Andrea Wolford: “Andrea has gone out of her way by helping the JLR service department keep up on the handwritten customer thank you cards. Our department is very grateful for the extra help!”

Kaylyne Vancuren: “Thank you for your willingness to help. Your hard work does not go unnoticed. Keep up the good work!”

Mark Pinkerton: “You’re a great team player and the apprentice program wouldn’t be what it is without your efforts. Thank you for always having a positive attitude and helping young technicians grow in the field.”

William Schrader: “Thank you for all your efforts with the apprentice program. You have so much knowledge to share and we are lucky to have you help the younger technicians grow. Thank you for all your efforts and keep up the great work!”

Pell Law: “Congratulations on taking the next step in your career! You have been a wonderful apprentice and will continue to grow. We are excited for what the future holds. Thank you for all you do.”

Kaitlin Hubbard: “Thank you for all your help up front. You do a lot of things behind the scenes, and it doesn’t go unnoticed. Your help with training a fill in for your leave is paramount to a smooth service write-up process. We have a great team and will only continue to grow.”

John Rittenhouse: “Thank you for all you do. You have a great relationship with our customers and help our processes run smoothly. As we continue to grow and evolve, you’re a huge part of our success. Thank you for all your efforts and always having a customer first attitude.”
