To bring some well-deserved attention to those nominated for Co-worker Kudos, we are going to be publishing the names and kudos of those stellar employees on the intranet each week. Below are the people that have been nominated this week.
They will all be eligible to win the $25.00, $50.00, and $100.00 gift cards at the end of the month. To submit a Kudos, go to your Paycom profile and click the Question Mark icon in the upper right corner of your screen then select “Co-worker Kudos” (or “New Message” if you’ve submitted before) to fill out and submit the form. It’s that easy and you can submit as many Kudos as you would like!
Teresa Brown: “Teresa is always willing to help me when I have questions. She will also go over the process with me so I can find what I need on my own. I appreciate her willingness to teach me.”
Laura Gordon: “In between valet runs and outside of her normal work duties, Laura helped parts with locating dealer to dealer transactions for backorders. Laura didn’t only locate the parts but was able to successfully locate and obtain 11 back orders in a matter of a few hours. This has not only cleared up our back orders, but is helping the work flow through the shop and outside sales as well. Thank you, Laura, for a job well done.”
Dan Borton: “Dan, you’ve been bringing your service customers to F & I on a weekly basis to have them look into Extended Service Contracts. Thanks for looking out for your customers and giving the F & I team a shot at selling a contract! You’re a team player!”
Richard Lee: “Richard stepped up and helped with filing while our normal filer has a wrist injury. Richard is always willing to go the extra step and help when needed, and I am very grateful to have him as a part of our team!”
Bob Hobbs: “Bob instantly offered to help with filing while our normal filer has a wrist injury. He is a hard worker and is doing a great job for the group!”
Diane Jackson: “For helping me find the kudos spot in Paycom!”
Enrique Trukillo: “Enrique provided me with a Spanish spoken snap cell video that truly knocked the socks off our guest that dropped off a truck for an oil change plus fuel filter and spoke little to no English. It is great to have someone so willing to help overcome the language barrier.”
Michael Bowman: “Michael is a versatile employee at the Grand National Car Wash. He has worked in other car wash capacities for some time. He always completes his work and takes initiative to do extra. Currently, he works with us through his school co-op program and exceeds their requirements. Last week during a shift we were short one person and our car wash kiosks were intermittently failing. Michael seamlessly shifted between wash tunnels inside to keep customer flow from being delayed. Yesterday he volunteered to cover a staffing shortage at the Chevrolet wash.”
