Remember that you have two options to anonymously make suggestions to the company. First, you can go to the Kelley Intranet and submit your suggestion in “Suggestion Box,” at the top. You can also add a suggestion to the small black box in the training or break room at your location. All submissions remain completely anonymous and help Kelley maintain its family culture.
