To bring some well-deserved attention to those nominated for Co-worker Kudos, we are going to be publishing the names and kudos of those stellar employees on the intranet each week. Below are the people that have been nominated this week.
They will all be eligible to win the $25.00, $50.00, and $100.00 gift cards at the end of the month. To submit a Kudos, go to your Paycom profile and click the Question Mark icon in the upper right corner of your screen then select “Co-worker Kudos” (or “New Message” if you’ve submitted before) to fill out and submit the form. It’s that easy and you can submit as many Kudos as you would like!
Andy Manor: “A customer came in to check out and expressed gratitude for greate work and follow up by Andy.”
Mark Lee: “Mark is a good manager and one of the hardest workers I’ve known. He provides us with the tools we need to succeed in the parts department. Mark does his best to keep up all working together and communicating with each other. He does whatever it takes to accomplish whatever task it is that needs done. I’m honored to be working with him.”
Tydale Nelson: “Tydale is always willing to lend a hand when needed, even when it’s not in his job description. Many customers have commented to me stating how pleasant he is when he helps get them into a loaner.”
Madison Kipfer: “Madison is always willing to help when it comes to any title work questions. She works really quickly to get things resolved when it comes to anything titling. We all really appreciate it.”
Derek Trump: “Derek is always helpful and has a great attitude. He’s patient with our questions when dealing with other brands and goes above and beyond to help us get the correct parts. His professional approach is appreciated.”
