Don’t forget to award Kudos to your fellow co-workers for their hard work! Three nominated employees will be chosen at the end of every month to receive a $25.00, $50.00, or $100.00 gift card. To submit a Kudos, go to your Paycom profile and click the Question Mark icon in the upper right corner of your screen then select “Co-worker Kudos” (or “New Message” if you’ve submitted before) to fill out and submit the form. It’s that easy and you can submit as many Kudos as you would like!
