Childcare can be expensive! Did you know Kelley Automotive offers a benefit that can help you save money on childcare and is available to all benefit eligible employees, not just those enrolled in medical benefits?

Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) are tax-free accounts that let you save money on qualified expenses.

Dependent Care Assistance Plans (DCAPs) or Dependent Care Accounts (DCAs) allow employees to use tax-free dollars for qualified* care of:

  • Children under 13 for babysitting, daycare, or before/after school programs.
  • Disabled spouses, parents, or children who live with the employee and require care.

*Qualified care means that your caregiver must be reporting their income made from your for-tax purposes, and they must provide you with their EIN or SSN for your reporting purposes.
