We would like to remind everyone of the changes and enhancements that recently went into effect on June 1, 2022, as we gear up for open enrollment on November 1.
- Medical premiums were reduced for all insureds. The employee-only premium was reduced by $5.00; the Family, Family and Spouse, and Family and Children premiums were reduced by $100.00 per month.
- The Cigna network includes all three of our local hospital systems: IU Health, Lutheran and Parkview.
- We also broadened the list of covered drugs on our prescription plan. Our drug list is TrueRX’s normal formulary list.
- We added the Virgin Pulse Wellness Program. Any employee enrolled in our medical plan is eligible to earn up to $200 annually ($50 per quarter) in gift certificates for their interaction with this free app. Apple Watch, Fitbit, and other health tracking devices owned by the employee may be linked to the app, to provide additional opportunities to earn rewards.
We also added the following for ALL FULL-TIME KELLEY EMPLOYEES:
- FREE basic life/AD&D coverage of $15K to all full-time employees. Traditionally, this benefit was reversed for those on our medical plan. We have expanded this coverage to all full-time employees.
- Employee Assistance Program (EAP). All full-time employees and anyone living in their household has access to the EAP through Parkview. The EAP provides up to 4 visits with a counseling professional for free. The EAP provides confidential help with: Crisis intervention, family and marital stress, relationship issues, alcohol and drug abuse, personal and work stress, divorce recovery, financial counseling, parent coaching, and emotional difficulties.
