This week is National Apprenticeship Week, a nationwide celebration where industry, labor, equity, workforce, education, and government leaders showcase the successes and value of apprenticeships for re-building our economy, advancing racial and gender equity, and support underserved communities.
Kelley is a big proponent of internships and apprenticeships and offers different programs throughout the year. A few of the internships that are present at Kelley are in the service, sales, HR, and accounting departments.
On October 22nd, 7 service technician interns from Fort Wayne Career Academy joined us for the remainder of the school year to receive hands-on experience and training within the dealerships. This internship will prepare them for their futures post-graduation. Interns are located at Kelley Chevrolet, Kelley Buick GMC, and Jaguar Land Rover.
We will start accepting applications for the 2023 Summer Sales Internship for college juniors and seniors beginning December 1st, 2022. Next summer will be our 6th year, and we couldn’t be more excited to expand our team with top notch talent.
