To bring some well-deserved attention to those nominated for Co-worker Kudos, we are going to be publishing the names and kudos of those stellar employees on the intranet each week. Below are the people that have been nominated this week.
They will all be eligible to win the $25.00, $50.00, and $100.00 gift cards at the end of the month. To submit a Kudos, go to your Paycom profile and click the Question Mark icon in the upper right corner of your screen then select “Co-worker Kudos” (or “New Message” if you’ve submitted before) to fill out and submit the form. It’s that easy and you can submit as many Kudos as you would like!
Jason Norris: “Thank you for all you do. Not only do you handle all the new and used cars with remarkable accuracy and speed, dispatch, co-manage the shop, but you are also happy and willing to drop everything and help find special tools for other stores. I appreciate you and all you do for us!”
Mike Nackers: “Thank you for all you do on a daily basis. Not only do you run the Service Department at Chevy, you answer phone calls, push cars into tech bays, test drive vehicles, dispatch work, in the busiest shop in the group, you also take time to help individual customers and effectively communicate to them in the way they need you to. You run a great team, and do a great job taking care of our customers. I appreciate all you do!”
Tonia Stibbe: “Tonia does a great job at making sure she is following the process when writing repair orders. Whenever she has a question or is unsure, she always makes sure to ask so that it is done properly, instead of making a mistake and waiting for someone else to clean it up. Thank you for being attentive to detail, Tonia!”
Richard Lee: “Not having a porter at the Chevy store, Richard Lee steps up every single morning and fills multiple roles, one in which is a super fast and efficient service porter. He is a shuttle driver first but fills in anywhere he can. I try to tell him as often as possible that I appreciate his help!”
Richard Lee: “Richard has been a big help in the service drive in the morning since we do not have a porter at the moment. He is always willing to help out as much as possible! Thank you, Richard.”
