To bring some well-deserved attention to those nominated for Co-worker Kudos, we are going to be publishing the names and kudos of those stellar employees on the intranet each week. Below are the people that have been nominated this week.
They will all be eligible to win the $25.00, $50.00, and $100.00 gift cards at the end of the month. To submit a Kudos, go to your Paycom profile and click the Question Mark icon in the upper right corner of your screen then select “Co-worker Kudos” (or “New Message” if you’ve submitted before) to fill out and submit the form. It’s that easy and you can submit as many Kudos as you would like!
Stacy Hanke: “We have guests coming on a daily basis praising her for being extremely polite and social when up-keeping the café, popping popcorn, helping with car wash stickers, etc. Guests will go out of their way to express how much they like her. The lounge/café is always spotless and full of supplies!”
Colton Shutt: “Colton in yesterday’s snow storm (01/25) played a hero role in our department. A customer was stuck at the speedway gas station because the vehicle would not come out of park. Colton went to the gas station to assess the situation right away. We were able to take him the part and tools he needed which allowed him to repair the vehicle in the parking lot and have our customer back on the road within an hour. Phenomenal job, Colton. Thank you for you hard work and dedication!”
