To bring some well-deserved attention to those nominated for Co-worker Kudos, we are going to be publishing the names and kudos of those stellar employees on the intranet each week. Below are the people that have been nominated this week.
They will all be eligible to win the $25.00, $50.00, and $100.00 gift cards at the end of the month. To submit a Kudos, go to your Paycom profile and click the Question Mark icon in the upper right corner of your screen then select “Co-worker Kudos” (or “New Message” if you’ve submitted before) to fill out and submit the form. It’s that easy and you can submit as many Kudos as you would like!
Brett Feller: “Brett stepped up in a big way on a busy Saturday morning to help his coworker deliver a car. Brett is always willing to help and sacrifices time to help others.”
Jennifer Jackson: “You are always willing to drop what you are doing to help out a fellow co-worker. You are so appreciated and thank you for keeping things moving in the right direction.”
Jennifer Waikel: “Thanks for stepping out of your job duties to help me fix a unit in CDK. Very much appreciated!”
Michael Fortmeyer: “Michael went above and beyond filling out car wash stickers for a line of 5 or 6 people on Monday. It isn’t his department but he knows what to do and stepped in and helped move everything along.”
Alex Echenoz: “Alex stayed late to help out of the team over here at Buick GMC. We needed his help covering for a few people that had fallen ill and he stepped right up without complaint. We value what he adds to the team.”
Ronald VanKampen: “Ron has been doing an amazing job in the service drive. Edward had Monday off and Ron offered to cover his shift without me having to ask. Ron has been a great addition to the team! Keep up the good work Ron, it does not go unnoticed.”
