Throughout the month of April, we have rolled out several new and amended policies, including the Bereavement Leave Policy, the Welcome Child Policy, and Tattoo Policy. To conclude this month of good news, we are excited to announce the updated Paid Time Off Policy! To review the policy in its entirety, please see below.
Effective May 1, 2023:
Kelley Automotive is pleased to announce an expansion of Paid Time Off hours for employees with 10 years or more tenure. Currently ten year+ employees have 144.04 hours of PTO in a year (Three weeks and 3 days). Beginning May 1, 2023, we are increasing the accrual rate so that these employees will enjoy 160 hours (4 full weeks) of PTO. Note: the new increased accrual rate will begin May 1, 2023 for all future accruals. Kelley Automotive supports and celebrates each of our employees, but we especially cherish those who have invested 10 years or more with our company!
