To bring some well-deserved attention to those nominated for Co-worker Kudos, we are going to be publishing the names and kudos of those stellar employees on the intranet each week. Below are the people that have been nominated this week.
They will all be eligible to win the $25.00, $50.00, and $100.00 gift cards at the end of the month. To submit a Kudos, go to your Paycom profile and click the Question Mark icon in the upper right corner of your screen then select “Co-worker Kudos” (or “New Message” if you’ve submitted before) to fill out and submit the form. It’s that easy and you can submit as many Kudos as you would like!
Ethan Fisher: “On the 14th, Ethan stopped *two* customers from driving through the wash and causing accidents. His first “save” was recognizing the customer was still in gear and on the brake. Just as they started driving, he used verbal commands and the wash belt emergency stop to get the customer’s attention and maintain safety. His second “save” saw him chase a vehicle all the way into the rinse area while yelling for him to stop.”
Erik Smith: “On the 21st, the Grand National wash had a broken water line in the north tunnel. Erik responded to a text within minutes, stating that he was on his way from our Decatur campus and would come directly to repair our problem. Within fifteen minutes of arrival, Erik had the problem resolved and called me as he was rushing to the next repair elsewhere to tell me ours was done. This was during a peak demand period and kept customer wait times to a minimum.”
Ethan Tackett: “Ethan stayed late two days during the week of the 13th for a co-worker who was off for an illness. The car wash was extremely busy and his efforts helped us keep both tunnels open and safe the entire afternoon on both days.”
