To bring some well-deserved attention to those nominated for Co-worker Kudos, we are going to be publishing the names and kudos of those stellar employees on the intranet each week. Below are the people that have been nominated this week.
They will all be eligible to win the $25.00, $50.00, and $100.00 gift cards at the end of the month. To submit a Kudos, go to your Paycom profile and click the Question Mark icon in the upper right corner of your screen then select “Co-worker Kudos” (or “New Message” if you’ve submitted before) to fill out and submit the form. It’s that easy and you can submit as many Kudos as you would like!
Stephen Williams: “Stephen was in line with a GMC customer vehicle at the Grand National Car Wash during a somewhat congested period of time on Tuesday, April 11th. He witnessed me trying to help an unruly customer who had problems operating the kiosk touch screen in order to get his free House Wash. After hearing and seeing the customer handling the situation inappropriately, Stephen safely approached me to offer support. He even volunteered to be a witness for the entire incident if needed. What a kind gesture on his part!”
Cheri Cornmesser: “Cheri stepped in and helped cover the phones during Mary Prange’s absence due to her knee injury. Cheri, you don’t know how much we appreciated you giving up your time during Spring Break to help us out. With your help, we had full coverage of the switchboard. It really meant a lot!”
Cain Mills: “Cain is very appreciated in this department. He tackles every detail quickly and efficiently, even with super busy schedules that can be thrown his way. We can always rely on him. Thank you Cain!”
