To bring some well-deserved attention to those nominated for Co-worker Kudos, we are going to be publishing the names and kudos of those stellar employees on the intranet each week. Below are the people that have been nominated this week.
They will all be eligible to win the $25.00, $50.00, and $100.00 gift cards at the end of the month. To submit a Kudos, go to your Paycom profile and click the Question Mark icon in the upper right corner of your screen then select “Co-worker Kudos” (or “New Message” if you’ve submitted before) to fill out and submit the form. It’s that easy and you can submit as many Kudos as you would like!
Nicole Dalman: “On Tuesday, April 18, I was at our Chevrolet Value Drive wash when Nicole Dalman from the Car Wash Data Team called me. She stated that there was an accident at the Grand National Wash and our attendants were working with those vehicles in the tunnel. Nicole asked what she could do to help: I stated that I would leave immediately for GN and to call me again if needed. Instead of simply having the customers wait, she gathered pertinent information from them and had this documented for me when I arrived. That saved me a large amount of time. Further, these customers were smiling and pleasant, due to the professionalism with which Nicole handled their interaction and wait time. Thank you for taking a potentially negative situation and making it a positive.”
