To bring some well-deserved attention to those nominated for Co-worker Kudos, we are going to be publishing the names and kudos of those stellar employees on the intranet each week. Below are the people that have been nominated this week.
They will all be eligible to win the $25.00, $50.00, and $100.00 gift cards at the end of the month. To submit a Kudos, go to your Paycom profile and click the Question Mark icon in the upper right corner of your screen then select “Co-worker Kudos” (or “New Message” if you’ve submitted before) to fill out and submit the form. It’s that easy and you can submit as many Kudos as you would like!
Michele Haines: A customer had called in several times with the same complaint. Once the issue was resolved they could not say enough good things about Michele. They wanted to make sure that their appreciation was known and that she was properly recognized for the time that she took to listen and handle their needs. They were very impressed at how quickly she was able to escalate their situation and help them resolve it. It is not always easy to keep a positive mindset when listening to and trying to help resolve customer complaints every day. The empathy for others that Michele displays on a daily basis is the key to her connection with every customer she speaks with. Her example is a continuous reminder of why and how building rapport and creating a true connection is so crucial to the customer experience. Customers will never understand what exactly it is that you do for them, but they will remember the way you make them feel! Thank you, Michele, for always treating our customers like family!
Tyler Brudi: Tyler received a roll of carwash RFID tags in February and successfully distributed the entire roll without any missing tags. None of his tags were unaccounted for, which is extremely helpful for the Carwash Data team. We appreciate it!
