To bring some well-deserved attention to those nominated for Co-worker Kudos, we are going to be publishing the names and kudos of those stellar employees on the intranet each week. Below are the people that have been nominated this week.
They will all be eligible to win the $25.00, $50.00, and $100.00 gift cards at the end of the month. To submit a Kudos, go to your Paycom profile and click the Question Mark icon in the upper right corner of your screen then select “Co-worker Kudos” (or “New Message” if you’ve submitted before) to fill out and submit the form. It’s that easy and you can submit as many Kudos as you would like!

Quinton Taylor: “Quinton Jumped right into help a customer when a salesperson was not at the dealership. He went over the vehicle and sold the customer on all the options. It’s much appreciated.”
Brian McKinley: “Brian received a roll of carwash RFID tags in April and successfully distributed the entire roll without any missing tags. None of his tags were unaccounted for, which is extremely helpful for the Carwash Data team. We appreciate it!”
Kelly Armstrong: “Always going above and beyond to try and get customers vehicles processed through the shop.”
Ryan Malone: “Over the past couple of weeks between May and June, Ryan has been running the service drive by himself. His communication between departments is always prompt. Ryan doesn’t miss beat the entire time he is by himself. His work ethic and professionalism is simply amazing and makes him who he is. Thank You Ryan for all of the hard work you put in. The past few weeks were definitely challenging, but you nailed it!!!”
Julianna Hammond: “Julianna has been a tremendous help with various projects in the short time that she has been here! She brings new ideas that have made processes easier and is a great addition to the HR department.”
