Kelley Automotive would like to thank everyone who took the time to complete their Employee Part C in this year’s Performance Reviews. Because of you, the Company was able to take immediate corrective action as well as creating plans for our future. We are happy to announce that the following has been implemented because of your feedback:
- Increase in PTO for Long-term Employees (10+ years)
- New Child Leave Policy
- New Tattoo Policy
- Revised Bereavement Leave Policy
- Work Instructions/HR Questionnaire Project: Streamline training for new hires and current employees
- Extended holiday weekends
- Company outings: Kelley Picnic at the Zoo scheduled for August 6, 2023. More details to come!
- More Kelley gear added to the order form
- Various parts and equipment were inspected, fixed, or replaced throughout all locations
- Updated computer equipment and programs were purchased and installed
- Training with employees took place on the current policies and procedures that are in place
- Employees were set up with additional training to assist them in their roles i.e., product training, manufacturer training, how to drive a manual vehicle
- Reorganization of the specialty tool rooms
- Kelley shirts for all customer facing employees
