Kelley is excited to announce the roll out of our Integrity Pledge. Integrity is the practice of being honest and showing a consistent and uncompromising adherence to strong moral and ethical standards and values. Kelley Automotive has committed itself to operating with integrity and has set forth that commitment in its Mission Statement, Team Member Handbook and Code of Business Ethics. The purpose of this pledge is for everyone who works at Kelley to commit to holding themselves to behaving with integrity. All employees will be asked to sign the Integrity Pledge via Paycom.
