Have you ever had to take your pet to a vet unexpectedly for an illness or injury and been shocked by the cost? We all love our pets and want to do the best we can for them, so more and more people are enrolling their pets in an insurance program.
Kelley Automotive is pleased to announce that we will begin offering a pet insurance program through Nationwide for all full-time employees beginning 1/1/2024. Nationwide pioneered pet insurance and will offer our employees special pricing for a policy. All pets are eligible, dogs, cats, birds, rabbits, reptiles, etc.
Under this coverage, there is no “network”, and you may go to any veterinarian for service. My Pet Protection is available in two reimbursement options (50% and 70%) with an optional $500
wellness benefit so you can find coverage that fits your budget. Base plans have a $250 annual
deductible and $7,500 annual benefit.

- Pharmacy submits claims directly to Nationwide
- More than 4,700 pharmacy locations

There is no open enrollment for this benefit; employees may enroll at any time, or drop coverage at any time, simply by notifying Nationwide. Enrollments processed by the 15th of any month, will be effective on the 1st day of the following month. If you would like coverage 1/1/2024, you must enroll by December 15, 2023.
