They will all be eligible to win the $25.00, $50.00, and $100.00 gift cards at the end of the month. What did this co-worker do to prompt you to recognize them? Please give as many details as possible.

Ben has gone above and beyond for his customers recently. In one case, a customer was in Europe and the Volvo travel agency made some mistakes on the customer’s trip. Ben handled it before we were open to make the trip easier for the customer. Another customer reached out today and said, “You have been one of the best car salesmen I’ve dealt with and I’ve dealt with many. You’re going to have a good career.”

Alec had a customer that required a transmission replacement in their vehicle. Even though their vehicle was down for two weeks, the customer left a survey expressing how appreciative they were because Alec was keeping them updated and communicating with them consistently. This highlights how important consistent communication is in keeping customers happy even when their vehicle is down for a long period of time! Awesome job, Alec!
