They will all be eligible to win the $25.00, $50.00, and $100.00 gift cards at the end of the month. Tommie shuttled a customer back to Kelley and the customer went out of their way to comment on how pleasant and nice Tommie was. They said he was a joy to talk to and seemed like an all-around good person!

Adam put in a shipping quote for a unit. After the deal went south, he took the time to send me an email to update me on the status of this unit. I was able to remove it from the shipping app and move on. This was amazing for him to do and very much appreciated. Saves me later in contacting everyone for updates on their shipping request. Communication is very much appreciated. Thank you, Adam!!!!

He will drop what he’s doing to go help another technician. Friday, he helped the technician beside me, then immediately went over and helped the technician 2 bays down. He does it because he cares. Shop foreman material, but he doesn’t like the responsibility attached to an official foreman position. He is good at what he does and wants everyone to succeed and become smarter. His ability to meet the other person at their level and be able to explain it in a way that’s easily understood is a skill few possess. Kudos to Ken!

A customer at our BG location called to say how nice it was to work with Aimee and how she went above and beyond to help him out. He wanted to make sure that we knew what a great experience he had regarding a difficult title transaction. Thank you, Aimee, for always being willing to go above and beyond for our customers. Your hard work does not go unnoticed.
