To bring some well-deserved attention to those nominated for Co-worker Kudos, we are going to be publishing the names and kudos of those stellar employees on the intranet each week. Below are the employees who have been nominated this week.
They will all be eligible to win the $25.00, $50.00, and $100.00 gift cards at the end of the month. To submit a Kudos, go to your Paycom profile and click the Question Mark icon in the upper right corner of your screen then select “Co-worker Kudos” (or “New Message” if you’ve submitted before) to fill out and submit the form. It’s that easy and you can submit as many Kudos as you would like!

Brian consistently goes out of the way to make sure vehicles are prepped and cleaned even with tight windows and he always does it with a smile. His hard work should not go unnoticed.

I had a tough to please customer. Dave and his team went above and beyond to not only sell us a vehicle, but made a lasting impression on the customer. The customer mentioned he is a customer for life because of Dave. Thanks Dave.

Does a lot more then asked of him. His job is in service but he will ask if I need any help in the parts department. He also steps up and delivers cars for sales. Marty is the do it all guy around here.
