To bring some well-deserved attention to those nominated for Co-worker Kudos, we are going to be publishing the names and kudos of those stellar employees on the intranet. Below are the employees who have been nominated this week.
They will all be eligible to win the $25.00, $50.00, and $100.00 gift cards at the end of the month. To submit a Kudos, go to your Paycom profile and click the Question Mark icon in the upper right corner of your screen then select “Co-worker Kudos” (or “New Message” if you’ve submitted before) to fill out and submit the form. It’s that easy and you can submit as many Kudos as you would like!

On Friday 05/31 Dominic showed his dedication to our service department by helping the flow of the service drive during staff shortages. He greeted customers with a smile and helped in every way he could. Thank for the outstanding work, Dominic!

Got a call from a customer and stated that “Luke went over and above in there encounter.” After parts and service was closed he was nice enough to help get and install a new key battery, and he didn’t have to! She told me he deserves recognition.

Josh came from Decatur detail on Thursday May 23rd to cover nearly three hours at the Decatur Wash. I had one staff member at each campus off sick. It was a near-record busy day, and it would not have happened without Josh’s extra effort.

Jace voluntarily came to work at the GN Wash on Wednesday the 29th *on his day off*. He knew we had two employees off sick. His coverage kept cars flowing on a busy day and gave all of us a lunch break. Thank you for the extra effort!
