To bring some well-deserved attention to those nominated for Co-worker Kudos, we are going to be publishing the names and kudos of those stellar employees on the intranet. Below are the employees who have been nominated this week.
They will all be eligible to win the $25.00, $50.00, and $100.00 gift cards at the end of the month. To submit a Kudos, go to your Paycom profile and click the Question Mark icon in the upper right corner of your screen then select “Co-worker Kudos” (or “New Message” if you’ve submitted before) to fill out and submit the form. We sold a vehicle to a customer from out of town. It was after closing time when they were ready to take their new car home and the check engine light came on. Joe stayed after closing time to scan the vehicle and talk with the customer.

Kris went above and beyond to help a customer that he didn’t even sell a car to. Kris went and picked up the customer’s Blazer she just purchased from her work and brought it back to the store to get an oil change and tire rotation. Then returned to her.

Working at the Grand National Wash, Kaiti had a customer put their vehicle back into drive and accelerate while on the belt. Kaiti pressed the emergency stop, yelled, and chased the vehicle to get them to stop, mere feet from the next vehicle.
