To bring some well-deserved attention to those nominated for Co-worker Kudos, we are going to be publishing the names and kudos of those stellar employees on the intranet. Below are the employees who have been nominated this week.
They will all be eligible to win the $25.00, $50.00, and $100.00 gift cards at the end of the month. To submit a Kudos, go to your Paycom profile and click the Question Mark icon in the upper right corner of your screen then select “Co-worker Kudos” (or “New Message” if you’ve submitted before) to fill out and submit the form. Austin stayed after hours on Saturday to complete a customer vehicle that needed maintenance done (more than just an oil change) to prepare it for the customer’s long trip! Austin still went through all his inspections to provide safety and comfort to the customer. He went above expectations and received customer satisfaction.
