To bring some well-deserved attention to those nominated for Co-worker Kudos, we are going to be publishing the names and kudos of those stellar employees on the intranet. Below are the employees who have been nominated this week.
They will all be eligible to win the $25.00, $50.00, and $100.00 gift cards at the end of the month. To submit a Kudos, go to your Paycom profile and click the Question Mark icon in the upper right corner of your screen then select “Co-worker Kudos” (or “New Message” if you’ve submitted before) to fill out and submit the form. Jules comes in everyday with a great and positive attitude. He makes a point to help out anyone he can to make sure the stores run as smoothly as possible. He goes out of his way to check with each team member if there is any assistance needed to catch them up or run vehicles to and from the shop all day and before he leaves. He will stay over if work needs done to ensure the customer gets their vehicle as promised. He goes above and beyond in his role at the dealership. Caitlyn is a new employee that has been training this past week, and she is doing a phenomenal job taking notes and learning her responsibilities. Very few people that I have trained take detailed notes and refer back to them to learn quickly, so I believe it is important to recognize this behavior! Awesome job, Caitlyn!

Heather (lot porter) has been on vacation this week, Mike has stepped up and gone above and beyond in fulfilling her job duties and assisting the team.

Brianna always does a great job with the notes she puts in the CRM for the sales dept. Very detailed and helps us know exactly what we need to do next to take care of the customer.

While Jace was in charge of the GN Wash during a busy Saturday morning, the south tunnel stopped working. He instructed staff on protocol, cleared the tunnel, and politely redirected all customers to the north tunnel in only four minutes. Then he contacted me at another site after his initial troubleshooting did not give definitive answers.

Today when Ryan was cleaning a customers vehicle he found more than $80.00 underneath the customers seat. Ryan brought it to our attention so that we could inform the customer. We not only appreciate Ryan vacuuming customers vehicles with caution and not accidently sweeping up someone’s belongings, but the honesty given is exactly what the Kelley culture is all about. Thank you, Ryan!!
