Kelley Automotive is pleased to announce that our Kelley Gym and Wellness Center has expanded! We have added three pickleball courts in the area above the gym.
Below are some details and rules related to use of the courts:
1. Enter using the stairs in the entry way to the Kelley gym.
2. The same rules governing gym eligibility and gym use apply to use of the pickleball courts.
3. Anyone using or entering the area of the courts must have signed a Gym Release.
4. Anyone using or entering the area of the courts must also sign a Pickleball Release. This includes eligible family members. The Release must be returned to Ashley Luginbill prior to use. The Release is available on the Intranet also under the Gym tab. You can scan and email it to her at aluginbill@kelleyauto.com, or you can send it to her via inner-office mail to her office at Buick GMC. The Release is also attached to this email and managers should print this email and the Release for anyone not having email or printer access.
5. No one is allowed on the premises if they are not eligible for entry to the gym. If you do not currently have gym membership access, please access the link on the intranet, or visit Kyle Kerschner at the Kelley Wellness Center.
6. Pickleball court hours are the same as the gym, except for Sunday. The courts are closed on Sunday.
Hours are as follows:
Monday-Friday: 5am-8:30pm
Saturday: 6:00am-6:00pm
Sunday: 6:00am-6:00pm (Gym open; Pickleball Closed)
7. The courts are first come, first served. Depending on utilization and demand, we may transition to some sort of scheduling system in the future.
8. Your gym fob will be required to access the courts. Upon receiving your signed Release, additional access will be added to your gym fob to grant you access to the upstairs door during the designated hours.
9. Employees must clock out if playing or using the gym during work hours.
10. Players must bring their own paddles and balls.
11. Please leave the courts as you found them.
12. Report any incidents or damage immediately.
