To bring some well-deserved attention to those nominated for Co-worker Kudos, we are going to be publishing the names and kudos of those stellar employees on the intranet. Below are the employees who have been nominated this week.
They will all be eligible to win the $25.00, $50.00, and $100.00 gift cards at the end of the month. David goes above and beyond his job duties every day to help anywhere he can. If you ask him for help with anything he doesn’t even hesitate to stop what he is doing to help anyone, from lifting heavy things, helping clean up messes, and checking in vehicles before other coworkers arrive for the day. Adrian had a customer call him on his day off. She was in Indianapolis and forgot where she parked her car. Adrian calmed the customer down got her on the My Chevy app and explained to her how to use “find my car” . The customer called me and told me the story and how helpful Adrian was during the situation, if it wasn’t for him the next call was to the police. Thank you Adrian for going above and beyond for your customer.

Mr. and Mrs. Johnson bought two new Chevy’s and multiple times pulled me aside telling me how wonderful Hailey made the buying process. Mr. Johnson while leaving said “I’ve bought a lot of cars and this was the BEST”! Thanks Hailey.

Ethan opened the Grand National Wash on Friday the 23rd to cover for another attendant who was ill. Also, he arrived early on Friday the 30th for the same reason. Finally, Ethan celebrated two years with the Kelley Car Washes this week!

Thank you to Robert for putting some of his non-urgent work at the 14/69 Super Center on hold to come learn new tasks and take the afternoon shift on Friday the 23rd. We had three staff members off that day and could not have operated anywhere close to capacity without Robert’s help.

I had some customers who were supposed to be at the dealership at 5:30 to sign for a new car. My customers did not show up till 6:05 and Mike gladly stayed late and was able to send them away in a new car. Mike knew this was an outside lien and still took the time to stay late and satisfy customers. Mike is constantly willing to help out and all of my customers come out of his office with a smile on their face.

He is a very helpful individual. Working in Fleet we cross sell constantly, and every time we sell a GMC he goes above and beyond to make sure the vehicle is fueled, cleaned, and has the appropriate accessories. He is quick to answer my calls and texts when I have questions, all while he maintains doing his own responsibilities in a timely manner.
