On September 11th, the Midwest Auto Parts warehouse was dedicated to our fellow co-worker and leader, Dave Schmitz. Dave was employed by Kelley Automotive for almost 40 years in various roles and then the General Manager at Midwest Auto Parts. Sadly, we lost Dave in January of 2022. This dedication is more than just a symbol of Dave’s achievements but a representation of the legacy he leaves behind.
Beyond his professional accomplishments, Dave was known for his kindness, wisdom, and unwavering support for his colleagues. He was a mentor to many, always willing to share knowledge and offer guidance. His positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond set a standard for all who had a privilege of working with him. Dave’s contributions were not limited to tangible achievements but extended to the very fabric of our workplace culture. His spirit of collaboration, respect, and integrity was a cornerstone of the Midwest Auto Parts team’s success and will continue to inspire.
