Come out and enjoy the Callithumpian Parade in Decatur on Monday, October 28th at precisely 6:57 PM. Originating between 1911 and 1922, The Callithumpian Festival is said to be the oldest Halloween festival in the country! There will be more than 100 cars, trucks, and floats participating in the parade.
