There are still many of you that have not named beneficiaries for required plans.
If you are a full-time employee, you have a Basic Life/AD&D policy for $15,000 that the company provides for you for free. Because enrollment in this plan is automatic, many of you have not named a beneficiary for this policy. Please take a minute right now and go to Benefits, My Benefits, Beneficiaries to see if you have a beneficiary entered. If you don’t, please complete it.
You also need to name a beneficiary for the following plans if you have them:
HSA
Voluntary Life/AD&D
Voluntary Spouse Life/AD&D
Voluntary Child Life/AD&D
*Note, for Spouse and Child life you should enter yourself as the beneficiary. Click to add beneficiary, when it’s yourself, choose “other” as the relationship.
