Alex, Mason, service manager were outstanding. Patient, Knowledgeable, courteous. Each went out of their way to explain my options and help with my decisions. They didn’t just sit at their desks but showed me what was going on and also expedite fixing and eventually the installing of new tires. The only bruising was to my pocketbook. Thanks to all the service personnel. From the moment I pull into the garage- to the work being done- when the work is done and I ready to leave they pulled my car into the garage to save me many steps. At 92 that means a lot. Me and my fiancé was working with the legendary Josh Espinosa. He was a very laid back guy, easy to talk to and he wanted the best for us. We didn’t know much about leasing and John broke everything down. He answered every question with a easy to understand answer.
