Referral Bonus Amount:
- $5,000 for a certified body technician or service technician
- $500 for a service advisor, sales & leasing consultant, or genius
- $50 for all other positions
Here’s how it works:
- When you refer a candidate and they’re hired, you’ll receive a bonus once they’ve been employed for six (6) months without receiving any progressive discipline. *Referral of a certified body technician or service technician is paid out in 3 installments.
- Be sure your referral lists your name on their application—no bonus can be paid without it!
- Referral bonuses are paid through normal payroll as W-2 wages.
