You have until December 31, 2025, to submit nominations for the Kelley Founders Award. It is because of your nominations that we can award an employee for their giving spirit. No effort is too small or too insignificant to warrant recognition. Whether the person is fostering animals or a volunteer for a local charity, we want to celebrate their kindness. Please consider nominating your deserving co-worker for the 2025 Founders Award!
The criteria for selecting those for the award are as follows:
1. Shows excellent character and integrity;
2. Exhibits leadership, whether the role is formalized or not;
3. Committed to serving others, both personally and professionally;
4. An ambassador for Kelley Automotive on and off the clock;
5. Truthful and honest in all his or her dealings;
6. Maintains a positive attitude in all situations;
7. Committed to “doing the right thing;” and
8. A model citizen and employee.
The employee need not exhibit each and every one of these attributes, but they are a good guideline for the type of individual we are looking to honor.
