Please see the attached memo that contains the details for our insurance open enrollment for pre-tax plans effective 1/1/26. Plans that may be changed at this open enrollment are Medical, Dental, Vision, HSA, and FSA. The memo contains information about plan changes and premiums, as well as critical deadlines for making changes, so all full-time people should read it in its entirety.
If you want no changes for 2026, you do not need to do anything. If you do nothing, your 2025 elections will carry over for 2026.
If you do have changes to submit for 2026, you must do this on Paylocity in the open enrollment window beginning Monday October 20th. All changes must be submitted by the close of business on November 13th. Any changes requested after this date cannot be honored.
Note—the elections you put in place or carry over for 2026, lock you in for the full year, unless you have a mid-year qualifying event. See the memo for details.
