This limited-seating event runs between February 12-14. For a table of two, tickets are $195 for Fort Wayne Zoo members* and $225 for non-members.

Soup: roast acorn squash soup – spiced creme fraiche
Salad: arugula, poached star fruit, candied macadamia nut, blue cheese crumbles, blood orange, grapefruit, citrus vinaigrette
Entrée: filet, shrimp, sauce bavaroise (blue cheese hollandaise variation), Yukon gold mash
Vegetarian option: acorn squash gnocchi, jackfruit ragu, ricotta (they will choose vegetarian or not)
Dessert: Black Pearl (white chocolate shell, dark chocolate cream truffle, blueberry compote, blondie crumble, creme anglaise, star fruit)
