Paul Coy at Tom Kelley GMC Fort Wayne is amazing! My truck had a special warranty policy (purge pump valve), and it needed to be fixed. I live over an hour away so I had taken it to 2 other dealerships (not Tom Kelley) since they were closer to where I live. They were no help and just blew me off. I was referred to Tom Kelley GMC Fort Wayne and assured they would take great care of me! And, my experience was nothing short of AMAZING! The ease of getting my truck scheduled with April was great from the get-go. I was then assigned a supervising mechanic, Paul Coy. He was very courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. He consistently communicated with me, and I was able to track my vehicle’s progress throughout the entire process. I immediately gained peace of mind knowing that my truck was in great hands! Thank you, Paul! After all the run-around at the other dealerships, I finally found a dealership that stands behind what they say and Tom Kelley does just that! Thank you so much for restoring my faith in dealerships! I will be back to purchase my next truck!

Our entire buying experience was enjoyable. From the moment we were greeted, a great first impression by the way, until the day of signing paperwork and delivery, everyone treated us with kindness, respect and genuine interest in our needs. Out sales associate, Shawn, never pressured us, took his time to understand what we wanted, and helped us through many options. And at time of signing, Ashley was wonderful, walking us through everything and taking her time with us. Charles, who walked us through the technology at delivery, was fantastic and patient with us. I can definitely recommend the buying experience. Now we will see…Next time I write a review about Kelley will be how my service experience was.
