How It Works:
~Your name MUST be included on the candidate’s application to qualify.
~Bonuses are paid through payroll and included in W-2 wages.
~You must be actively employed at the time each bonus is paid.
~The referred employee must remain in their role for their first year of employment.
~Bonuses apply to initial hires only.
Bonus Opportunities:
*Certified Body Technicians & Flat Rate Service Technicians*
$5,000 bonus paid in 3 installments (at hire, 6 month-anniversary, and 1 year-anniversary)
*Management will determine the level of certification before payment to referring employee*
*Service Advisors, Sales & Leasing Consultants, Kelley Genius, Non-Master Techs*
$500 bonus paid at 6 month-anniversary
*All Other Positions*
$50 bonus paid at 6 month-anniversary
