Tom Kelley Buick GMC off Illinois road, has one of the most professional, honest, compassionate and knowledgeable sales teams we have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. Dennis Ernest from Tom Kelley was the sales associate who worked with us and far exceeded my family’s expectations and made us feel like he was really listening to what we were looking for. We had received some incorrect information about a previous purchase in 2024 that could have ended in a very bad outcome. I do not believe it was done intentionally; however, it still put our family in a bad situation. When it was brought to Dennis and his team, they went above and beyond to correct the mistake. He worked hard to listen to what we wanted, needed, and kept us in budget. He worked with us to check the boxes, not check them for us, and not sell us something we didn’t want or would regret later. His honesty, integrity, and product knowledge are exceptional, and it showed. If my family ever needs a vehicle in the future I don’t see us going anywhere else. If you want an honest, no pressure salesperson who actually treats you like he is working for you, not the bottom line . This was the best experience we have ever had.
