Kelley Automotive Group has partnered with the Northeast Indiana Early Childhood Coalition to offer Tri-Share+, which makes childcare more affordable for Kelley employees. This cost-sharing program can reduce expenses by up to 66% for children ages 0-5. Tri-Share+ is available to Kelley team members who have been continuously employed for at least one year and meet the additional eligibility requirements outlined on the application.
Through this partnership, childcare costs are shared among Kelley Automotive Group, the employee, and community funding sources—making high-quality childcare significantly more affordable. If approved, the program will cover childcare costs for one child per family.
