- Lockers and storage units were placed at various locations for employee use
- Various parts and equipment were inspected, fixed, or replaced throughout various locations
- Updated computer equipment and programs were installed
- Replaced office equipment throughout various locations
- Training with employees took place on the current policies and procedures that are in place i.e. Boot Reimbursement, Bereavement Policy
- Employees were set up with additional training to assist them in their roles i.e., product training and manufacturer training
- Creation of internal department policies and procedures
- Reviewed internal resources available to employees i.e.; Employee Assistance Program offered through Parkview, insurances and other benefits
- Kelley sponsored events: TinCaps Kelley Picnic and Kelley Zoo outing
