Really like working with Craig, no pressure approach made me feel welcome, willing to talk about issues and make adjustments. Followed up without being pushy and was very professional in the wrap up process. Buying a car from him was a great experience.

Adrienne made the process so easy and smooth! We met in the lot in late July while I was just beginning to look around at vehicles. I shared I wasn’t looking to buy until August and she asked if she could reach out to me later. I started with checking out Kelley Chevrolet because when I bought my car in 2020 they were so fantastic with that whole process. Adrienne checked in without being pushy or nagging. When I was ready to start looking, I reached out and she sent me some options to look at the same day. We setup test drive time and upon arrival she had the vehicles ready for me to drive. When I settled on the model, she checked the inventory and found the one that fit everything I wanted. Adrienne was friendly and courteous throughout even though she had other customers she was working with the same day. Truly appreciate everything she did and love my new ride!
