Kelley is pleased to announce that Mutual of Omaha is offering a one-time opportunity to enroll in Supplemental Life Insurance for you and your dependents without answering medical questions until June 9, 2023. This includes employees who are currently enrolled and would like to increase their limit and/or make additional changes.
You can make elections by contacting Mary Lynn Hamrick in Human Resources and all changes will be effective July 1, 2023. Attached is additional information along with a QR code for a short video explaining your benefit offerings.
