Kelley Gym and Wellness Center: Now Open

We are happy to share that the Kelley Gym and Wellness Center are officially open!

Reminder that there are two necessary forms: 1. The Sign-Up Form and 2. The Kelley Automotive Gym Waiver, Assumption of Risk, Release of Liability, and Indemnification Agreement (Kelley Gym Agreement) that will need to be filled out and submitted before receiving your fob/gaining access to the gym and Wellness Center. Both are located on the Kelley intranet under the Gym tab. Please submit the Kelley Gym Agreement to Kyle Kerschner or Ashley Luginbill via email (kkerschner@kelleyauto.com and aluginbill@kelleyauto.com) or through interoffice mail.

Below are the steps that you and your family members will need to follow:

For employees over the age of 18, these are the steps to sign up:

  1. Click on Gym on the intranet page at the top left corner.  Complete the digital Sign-Up Form.  Once submitted, the form will be sent to Gym manager, Kyle Kerschner, who will contact you to set up a time to get your fob.  You also can print the Sign-Up Form and email it to kkerschner@kelleyauto.com, but WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND SUBMITTING IT DIGITALLY.  You will not receive a fob until you meet with Kyle.  You will not get a meeting with Kyle until he receives your Sign-Up Form. 

For family members of employees, these are the steps to sign up:

  1. All employees will receive an email that they can forward to qualifying family members (spouse and adult children).  This email will go to all employees today.  The email will have a link to the digital Sign-Up Form.  It also will have pdf copies of the Sign-Up Form and the Kelley Gym Agreement attached.  WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND USING THE DIGITAL SIGN-UP FORM.
  2. Each family member must complete the digital Sign-Up Form.  Once submitted, the form will be sent to Gym manager, Kyle Kerschner, who will contact the family member to set up a time to get their fob.
  3. If your family member has no email, you can print the Sign-Up Form from the intranet under the Gym tab.  Once it is signed, email it to kkerschner@kelleyauto.com.  He will then contact the family member to set up a meeting to get a fob.
  4. Prior to the meeting with Kyle, each family member also must print off the Kelley Gym Agreement from the email sent in #1.  The family members must each sign a Kelley Gym Agreement and bring it to their meeting with Kyle.  Employees can also print the Kelley Agreement from the intranet and give to their family members who don’t have an email address.
  5. Every family member who qualifies and wants to use the gym must sign a separate Sign-Up Form and Kelley Gym Agreement. The employee need only execute one Sign Up and Kelley Gym Agreement.
  6. Once contacted by Kyle, family members will attend their assigned meeting, tender the signed Kelley Gym Agreement, and get their fob.

For Employees under the age of 18, these are the steps to sign up:

  1. Click on Gym on the intranet page at the top left corner.  Complete the digital Sign-Up Form.  Once submitted, the form will be sent to Gym manager, Kyle Kerschner, who will contact you to set up a time to get your fob. You also can print the Sign-Up Form, sign and email it to kkerschner@kelleyauto.com, but we recommend submitting it digitally. You will not receive a fob until you meet with Kyle.  You will not get a meeting with Kyle until he receives your Sign-Up Form. 
  2. The second step is to print the Minor Employee Kelley Automotive Gym Waiver, Assumption of Risk, Release of Liability, and Indemnification Agreement from the intranet Gym tab. (Minor Kelley Gym Agreement) Take this document to your parent or guardian, have them read it and sign.  You, the minor employee, also must sign.  This document must be fully signed before you meet with Kyle. Once contacted by Kyle, attend your assigned meeting, tender your signed Minor Kelley Gym Agreement, and get your fob.
