The one-time open enrollment for Supplemental Life Insurance ends June 9, 2023.
The option to increase your life insurance coverage, and that of your spouse without medical questions, will not be offered again in the future so please contact Mary Lynn Hamrick asap to enroll or to make changes to your current benefits.
You will not have to answer medical questions to receive up to $150,000 coverage and $50,000 for spouse and $10,000 for children. Once again, this will not be available after June 9th for current employees.
A Hylant representative will be present May 24th where employees can drop-in to discuss the plan and ask questions at the below locations and times.
