To bring some well-deserved attention to those nominated for Co-worker Kudos, we are going to be publishing the names and kudos of those stellar employees on the intranet each week. Below are the people that have been nominated this week.
They will all be eligible to win the $25.00, $50.00, and $100.00 gift cards at the end of the month. To submit a Kudos, go to your Paycom profile and click the Question Mark icon in the upper right corner of your screen then select “Co-worker Kudos” (or “New Message” if you’ve submitted before) to fill out and submit the form. It’s that easy and you can submit as many Kudos as you would like!
Adam Williams: “Adam received a roll of Carwash tags and successfully distributed the entire roll without missing any tags. All of his tags were accounted for, which is extremely helpful for the Car Wash Data team. We appreciate it!”
Justin Griebel: “While working the south tunnel of the Grand National Car Wash, Justin was guiding a truck into the wash during a busy period of the day. Unfortunately, the driver was not paying attention to him or our warning signs, both indicating it was time to put the vehicle in neutral. Justin began yelling and shut off the car wash belt to avoid an accident. This clued the north tunnel attendant who joined in yelling to get the driver’s attention and successfully get him stopped before he could cause an accident.”
Justin Shipley: “Stepping up to help in the service department”
Brock Johnson: “While working the north tunnel of the Grand National Car Wash, Brock saw a truck ignoring our south tunnel attendant’s signals and voice commands to put his truck in neutral. Brock quickly paused cars entering the north tunnel and yelled to get the attention of the wayward driver. He and Justin were able to safely stop the driver, avoiding an accident.”
Charles Pinson: “Charles went above and beyond his work scope to help us out when we were in a pinch and helped clean customer vehicles. Thank you Charles!”
Monica Scott: “Monica hit a home run, stepping up to the plate and washed vehicles for the customers that had been done for two days due to Jordan being off. I believe she even stayed late to get the job done! High Five!!!!!!! Thank you for all you do for our shop!!!!!!”
